Dealing with Natalia was enjoyable. That was the second time I worked with her. One thing I tend to be concerned with real estate agents is the pressure they put on you to buy or sell a property, but with Natalia and her husband Vladimir I didn't have that feeling at all!

I have been meaning to write to you and express my appreciation for all your help with my recent house move. Although it has been three months since the move, I am sure you are aware it takes some time to settle in. Both you were instrumental in the rapid and very smooth sale of my home. Given my circumstances and the kind of help and support I needed, you went beyond my expectations.

I have moved on a couple of occassions previously and they were less than satisfactory experiences. However, both of you have been a pleasure to have as my representatives in the transactions, showing the kind of professionalism and hard work that appears to be lacking these days. Moreover, I am immensely grateful for the hard work you performed in securing a rental location for me and my son. In the year 2004, I was contemplating having my home listed for sale. As a result I had many agents from different companies meet with me to appraise my home and advise me with other selling related information.
Of all the agents that I had met with Natalia Kotcherova stood out by far. She had all the criteria that I was looking for – experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated and caring.

I met Natalia Kotcherova in January 2004, while house hunting in the middle of the winter. Right from the start we had a very good relationship as she understood exactly the kind of house I wanted, my budget and the area I wanted to live in. She took me to view so many houses I lost the count, but the thing that struck me during the house hunting was the unbiased, frank and honest advice she gave me regarding each property we viewed.
All through the process of searching, eventually finding the house of my dreams, making an offer and buying the home, Natalia was very professional and thorough. She made sure I got the best deal and bargained for me like it was her own house she was buying!!
Two years later, when the needs of my family changed, I made sure I contacted the best person I knew to help us sell our home. With Natalia being my listing agent, I sold my house within a record 3 days of listing, for 99 % of the asking price (which was even higher than I had estimated I would sell it for).

On Autumn of 2005 we were ready to buy our first house. We met Natalia and she found the splendid house in the town of our dream – Oakville. Obviously there were several contenders to buy this house, but Natalia won this house for us. I was a first time buyer in August of 2004 and was renting at that time for the past five years.
