| | Sutton Group-Signature Realty opened in the summer of 2002 on 33 Pearl Street in the town of Streetsville. The office has rapidly grown to be a dominant real estate force in the Mississauga area. At present, it is the fastest growing Real Estate office in Mississauga with over 54 Realtors. Its convenient location, just a couple minutes north of HWY 401, makes it easily accessible to the surrounding GTA.
Our office was founded by the partnership of owners Debbie Cosic & Mira Tomljenovic who brought together a combined 20 years of experience in the real estate industry; Debbie as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large home developer and Mira as a Professional Planner and most recently as a Project Manager in the Commercial field.

In 1983 the first Sutton Group office opened their doors for business; a small beginning for the exciting and sustained growth that would soon follow. It took Sutton Group ONLY 5 years to grow to 3,500 sales reps, and now is up to 7,300 Agents! This stunning rate of growth is something most real estate organizations have taken decades to reach. In 1987, Sutton Group took the leap and became a national real estate network. The first expansion was into the highly competitive Ontario market followed by equally successful expansions in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Sutton Group now spans from Sea to Sea.
